Fiverr is an online marketplace where you can sell your skills starting with the minimum price of $5. Fiverr started in 2010 and soon became popular and millions of users started using fiverr to sell or buy services. Create Your Account On Fiverr

To create your account on Fiverr follow the given steps:

1. Go to Fiverr website and at the top left corner on fiverr's homepage click on Join.

2. You can join with your google account or facebook or you can create a seprate account on fiverr with your gmail id.

3.Once you have created your account using gmail id, go to gmail inbox and there you will get an email to activate your account. Click on the activate button and now you will be redirected to fiverr website.

4. Congrats! You have successfully created your account on Fiverr.


Create A Gig On Fiverr

Now at the top left corner you will see your profile . Click on it, a drop down list will appear and then click on your name to go to your profile created on fiverr. 

There you have to upload a real photo of yours and write a good description about your self such as what services you provide and how many years experience do you have in this field and also fill other details as well.
                                Now on the left side you will see an option create a new gig. Click on it. Now you have to fill everything one by one to create a gig.

            In overview section, fill up the following things-

1. Write a good and attractive gig title and if you don't know how to find the best title you can see other gig titles of the same srevice you are going to provide.

2. Choose the right, category and sub category which is very important to maintain your gig's relevancy.

3. In gig metadata select your preferred language and write upto 5 keywords in search tag related to your service. You can do some keyword research on fiverr to find which are the popular keywords people are searching. 

4. Then click on Save & Continue.

               In the pricing section fill up the following things-


1. In BASIC Package write the name of your package and write the name of your offerings and select the delivery time. Fill up the other details related to your gig.

2. If you want to charge some extra money for extra work then you can use My Gig Extras section.

3. Then click on Save & Continue.

              In the Description and FAQs section fill up the following things-


1. Under description, describe your gig briefly. Write exactly what service you are providing. Make sure your gig description is precise, clear and language used is easy to understand.

2. In frequently asked questions, add some questions and answers for your buyers who orders your gig so that doubts in the mind of buyers are clear before ordering your gig. 

3. Then click on Save & Continue.

         

            In requirement section-

1. Tell your buyer what you need to get started to work. If you want the buyer to answer then check the box where answer is mandatory written.

2. Then click on Save & Continue.

             In gallery section-

1. Upload an image related to your gig like log designing, white board animation, pdf conversion, etc. 

2.You can also add a video shorter than 75 seconds because video gives an opportunity to tell more about your service in a personal manner, hence you must use this opportunity.

3.You can also add a PDF file that briefly describes about your service.

4. Then click on Save & Continue.

Now under public section click on verify now. It will ask you to enter your country name and phone number. Fill up the fields and click on verify by SMS. A verification code will be sent to your message inbox, enter that code and click on Submit.
                               Now it may ask you to add a security question. Choose the question from dropdown list and add your answer and click on finish. Now click on Publish Gig to make your gig active and finally click on Done.

So that's all now your gig is live on fiverr and visible to all fiverr users.




Promote Your Gig

The last thing to work on is to promote your gig. So, when you created your gig first thing is to share it on social networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, Google+, etc. You can also do blog commenting for promoting your gig. Visit such blogs that publish articles related to Fiverr and there you can put gig link in the comment section.

Fiverr Forum can be another best way to promote your gig. Many buyers and sellers are registered on fiverr so here you can share gig's link, ask questions, promote your profile and so on.
